Hi everyone,

In an effort to make purchasing this amazing vehicle easier, I have decided to create this post and share the monthly lease and purchase programs. I will update this thread every month so that the information posted is both current and accurate.

The information that I am posting on here is based upon the Texas program only as that is the state that my store is located in. I do not have immediate access to any other state's incentives and they do sometimes vary. With that said, I can certainly assist you even if you are not located in my area so please don't hesitate to contact me!

January 2016 program
-Good through 1/31/2016
-Same for coupe and sedan

Lease Incentives
-$2200 lease rebate
-$750 Cadillac Lease Loyalty Rebate. Must be leasing a 2003 or newer Cadillac

Finance Incentives
-Incentivized interest rates (1.9% for 36 months, 2.9% for 48 months, 3.9% for 60 months, and 4.9% for 72)
-$750 Cadillac Lease Loyalty Rebate. Must be leasing a 2003 or newer Cadillac

I'm new to the forum and looking at leasing an ATS-V (first time Cadillac buyer/lessee).

Lease I am considering is as follows:

Cap Cost - $72k
Money Factor - .00148
Residual Value - 60%
36 month lease
12k miles/year
$.25/mile over 36,000

Any thoughts on these lease terms? Anybody seeing anything much different? Appreciate any input anyone may have.

I apologize for not keeping this thread up to date. I do have the new Texas incentives for April 2016 (0% FOR UP TO 60 MONTHS!!) and I've listed them below. Additionally, there is a chance that these same rebates and incentives are applicable for other regions as well so don't hesitate to contact me directly if I can be of assistance. The information below applies to both sedans and coupes.
