I have a potential method, but I might break the post cover at the top ot the seat. My wife would kill me if I did that, so I will play around a little bit to see if I can accomplish anything. But, as of this moment, nothing has been accomplished.

put the headrest up high as possible and pull the leather back much as u can around the post and you will see a little metal loop put a pick thru it and pull out on both
