New Car Window Sticker

On January 10, 2017, I purchased a 2016 ATS-V from a local new car dealer. Because it was last year's model and had almost 700 miles, I was able to negotiate a significant price reduction from their asking price. It's a Red Obsession Coupe with an 8 speed auto. I asked the salesman why there was no window sticker for the car. He said he would order one from Cadillac for me. As with all my previous new cars, I keep these stickers. Over 2 months later, I still do not have a sticker. Any advice on how to solve this issue?
